In Task 3a we were required to explore technologies appropriate to teaching and learning, and to create an authentic learning environment to share with other teachers. This assignment was to be done in groups. My group was Aimee Delpup, Tamara Putland and Teegan Blackburn. The topic we chose was the role of women in society and how it has changed over time; focusing on Ancient Egypt times. This was aimed at year sevens and the idea was taken off the curriculum council website. We were to create a home page, a task page, a student and teachers resource page and a teachers infor page. We published this onto a Wikispace. At the end of our research and planning we were to create a video or powerpoint with a voice over in order to describe the task to other teahcers.
